The Appointment line is open: 8.30am – 12.30pm and 2pm – 6pm.

If you want an appointment on the same day you will need to ring at 8.30am, all the appointments for the day are released at 08:30 each morning.
We offer pre-bookable appointments up to 2 weeks ahead.
Test Results
For test results please ring:

The test results line is open 10.30am – 12pm and 3pm – 6pm.
Referrals
The Secretary team are available to help with questions on existing referrals.

The line is open Monday to Friday 10am – 12pm and Monday to Thursday 2pm – 4pm.
This team to not book appointments, give out test results etc.
